Paying for Day Trips (& their Extensions)

Payment
We accept Visa or MasterCard for our Day Trips, extensions, and related services such as equipment rental.
We also accept checks / cheques, and bank transfers.  Information on paying by other than credit card.

• If your trip departure is within 40 days, full payment is required in order to register.
• If your trip departure is more than 40 days hence, a deposit equal to 50% of the trip cost is due in order to register for the trip.  The balance is then due 30 days prior to the trip departure date.
• In both cases, only a payment based on the price for the trip itself is required to register.  We will return a receipt / statement detailing any extras you have requested (hotels, equipment...) for your consideration / verification.  You may settle the balance once you have approved the statement.
  

If You Wish to Pay by Credit Card...

1. Fill out the form linked here, authorizing the amount necessary to join your trip.  Mail or fax it to our Paris office, along with your sign-up forms, or scan it and send it as a pdf (to paris@bluemarble.org).  Our Paris postal address and fax number are here.
   
   
2. We will return a written confirmation in the form of a receipt / statement.  Please check this over, as it is our understanding of what you have requested from us.  If you notice anything missing or incorrect, this is your chance to fix the error!
