| Info For Trip Members Getting Your Travel Documents Rail tickets or other travel documents needed prior to your trip (or in order to reach it) may be picked up at any of our offices (usually Paris) with 10 days' advance notice, without charge. Documents needed during or after the trip will be delivered by your trip coordinator, also at no charge. If you need tickets pre-trip, they will be sent to you by some sort of traceable mail. A charge is added to your bill for this, follow this link for details. You may request that documents instead be sent by regular post, at our expense. However, we assume no responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery in this case. Lost or late-delivered documents must be replaced at your expense. |
